Speaking of Jung is unfolding. We released two new episodes in February, scheduled three for March and two more for April. Scroll down for all the details. I tried something different last week: an early morning video edition recorded in front of my home office window, beginning just before dawn and concluding well after sunrise. It starts with the last quarter moon shining brightly behind me, then the sky gets lighter and lighter as the sun starts to come up. Did you know our video editions also include graphics such as book covers, photos, and screenshots? If you’re not watching on YouTube, you’re missing out! Next month, I’ll be attending the Archives of the Impossible conference “The UFO and the Impossible” at Rice University in Houston, Texas. Good thing I was on their mailing list and set a reminder to register because tickets sold out the same day they went on sale! I’m really looking forward to meeting Professor Diana Pasulka, Ph.D. who was my guest in Episode Q14. Her recent appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience, the Danny Jones Podcast, and the Shawn Ryan Show garnered over 2.5 million views on YouTube! I’ll be sharing what I learned at the conference in an upcoming episode of Speaking of Jung with Professor Paul Bishop, Ph.D. (Ep. 131 & 135) when we explore Jung’s essay, Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Skies, which is something I’ve been wanting to do for a very long time. Feb. 12, 2025: Jungian psychoanalyst and clinical psychologist Susan E. Schwartz, Ph.D. (Ep. 40, 76, 125) returned to us from Paradise Valley, Arizona to discuss her new book, A Jungian Exploration of the Puella Archetype: Girl Unfolding, published by Routledge in December. She also gave us a sneak peek into her next book, An Analytical Exploration of Love & Narcissism: The Tragedy of Isolation & Intimacy, dropping July 16th by Routledge.

Feb. 21, 2025: Jungian analyst and astrologer Sherene Schostak Vismaya (Ep. 58) returned to us from an undisclosed location in Sri Lanka for a special early morning edition to discuss her 21-day intensive, “P21: Secrets,” a collaboration with Billy Corgan from The Smashing Pumpkins. It’s sort of The Artist’s Way meets Jung’s Red Book meets A Course in Miracles. I’m participating in the project as well and Sherene and I connected on Day 8 to discuss our experiences.
