Speaking of Jung – Episode Q21: Simeon Hein

Joining us for the 21st edition of our special Quarantine Series is sociologist, author and researcher Simeon Hein, Ph.D. in Boulder, Colorado.

He received his master’s degree in sociology from the University of Arizona and later went on to earn a doctorate from Washington State University. His dissertation focused on the role of technology in social and economic change, specifically how technology can destroy information and interfere with natural evolutionary processes.

After working as an assistant professor of statistics, Dr. Hein now runs the Institute for Resonance where he provides training in remote viewing, or what he calls resonant sensing, and other subtle-energy skills. He is the CEO of Mount Baldy Press, a niche publishing company focusing on new science and the development of planetary intelligence.

Dr. Hein also studies crop circles and for many years has led people on guided tours. He has participated in more than 300 radio and television interviews and was featured on the History Channel show In Search Of, Season 2 Episode 7 on the topic of UFOs and crop circles.

An avid acoustic guitarist, his CDs include Earth Dreaming, Opening Skies, and Night on Mt. Graham. You can hear how he perceives the world through music in his Mini Concerts on YouTube.

He is the author of three books. They are Opening Minds: A Journey of Extraordinary Encounters, Crop Circles, & Resonance (2002), Planetary Intelligence: 101 Easy Steps to Energy, Well-Being, & Natural Insight (2006), and Black Swan Ghosts: A Sociologist Encounters Witnesses to Unexplained Aerial Craft, Their Occupants, & Other Elements of the Multiverse (2017).

This weekend, Dr. Hein will be presenting at the annual Contact in the Desert conference which will take place online. His workshop, Expand Your Senses with Remote Viewing, will be held on Friday, June 25 from 1:15-2:45 PM PDT and his lecture, Do UFOs & ETs Come From Parallel Earth Realities? A Review of the Latest Scientific Ideas & Evidence, will be presented on Saturday, June 26 from 3-4:30 PM PDT. Along with host Steve Murillo and speakers Caroline Cory, Dr. Jeffrey Long, Stephan A.
